WHO IS BEST SUITED TO SEE AN ESTATE THROUGH PROBATE?

Settling a recently deceased individual's estate is a difficult task. The process can be long, stressful and require a lot of work. Many people are not cut out to take on the role of executor and see a Florida estate through probate, and that is not necessarily a bad thing. However, it does mean that it is important for individuals to choose the right executors for their estates.

After all, a person who is successful, good with money and driven may seem like an ideal executor, but that may not be true. In some cases, younger siblings may have more maturity and better capabilities for handling such a serious affair. It could also be true that a younger child simply has more time to take on the process than the eldest.

A person may object to taking on the role for any number of reasons, and simply saddling him or her with the job can be burdensome.
